We loved our stay! The location is amazing, with countless international restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. The kids enjoyed the cookies in the evening and the breakfast spread every morning. Plus, the train station is just a block away.

My kids wished the pool area had more umbrellas for shade.

The location is fantastic you got everything you need within walking distance restaurants shopping and it made things so easy. At night, we took advantage of the free cookies out in the lobby, it's the little things, right?

Keen is a modern, stylish hotel with efficient staff and a great location in downtown Palo Alto. Checking in early after my long flight was a huge plus, and the internet connection was reliable for my business needs. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, which allowed for a good night's sleep, and the self-service breakfast offered a decent variety to start the day.
