We loved our stay! The location is amazing, with countless international restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. The kids enjoyed the cookies in the evening and the breakfast spread every morning. Plus, the train station is just a block away.
My kids wished the pool area had more umbrellas for shade.

Great for Couples on a Budget
The location is fantastic you got everything you need within walking distance restaurants shopping and it made things so easy. At night, we took advantage of the free cookies out in the lobby, it's the little things, right?
It wasn't exactly cheap but for what you get, still reasonable enough.

Great location and cozy atmosphere
I enjoyed my stay in a cozy room that maximized its space very well. The accommodating staff made a remarkable difference in my experience, and I loved that fresh pastries and coffee were available each morning. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Palo Alto, close to restaurants and Stanford. However, I found the noise insulation could be improved for a better night's sleep.

great staff but standard room needs updates
The exceptional staff made my check-in experience seamless they were attentive and friendly. The location provided easy access to local attractions like nearby parks and cafes.
The Standard Queen Room felt a bit dated and could use some modern amenities.

Charming Stay in a Prime Location
Our three-night stay was enjoyable, highlighted by lovely nearby cafes for breakfast. While the Standard Queen Room felt cozy, shower pressure was inconsistent. For better mornings, explore local spots rather than relying on the limited breakfast nook. Easy access to campus and shopping was a plus.

Cozy vibes with good brekkie
Had a cozy stay in a small room but comfy enough! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Stanford. Really loved the variety at breakfast, especially the fresh pastries and Nespresso machine. One bummer was that my room was missing a mini-fridge, so I had to toss leftovers. All in all, solid spot.
